For 4 people

  • 300 g of cottage cheese in 0% drained (drained)
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 60 g of sugar
  • 4 cl of balsamic vinegar


Cut 200 g strawberries into wedges, add 40 g sugar, balsamic vinegar, mix and let marinate for an hour in the cold.

Smooth the faisselle with the whisk, add the remaining sugar and the remaining strawberries crushed.

Divide the macerated strawberries into 4 glasses and cover with strawberry faisselle. Return to the fridge for about an hour. Serve well fresh.
