Pretty glasses in the shape of a gift ... it is the recipe concocted by Jihanne and Marius with the advice of Antony Courteille, head chef at Atelier Guy Martin. A recipe with dates and clementines that will seduce gourmands.

Verrines with dates and clementines (9 pics)

Ingredients for 4 persons

4 clementines
4 dates
the juice of 2 oranges
1 C. honey coffee
4 slices of gingerbread
240 g of liquid cream
40 g icing sugar
4 pinches of cinnamon
the zest of 1 lime.

Step 1

Peel the clementines raw and recover the neighborhoods. Marius is an expert.
Cut the dates in half and remove the core.

2nd step

Heat the orange juice with the honey in a saucepan. Jihanne and Marius form a shock duo.
Out of the fire, add the clementine wedges and dates.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the gingerbread slices into circles the size of the circumference of the verrines.

Step 3

Whisk the liquid cream with the icing sugar.
When this cream has become creamy, add lime zest.

Step 4

Gently add the cinnamon.
Mix and keep cool.

Step 5

Before serving, place the fruits with the marinade at the bottom of the verrines.

Step 6

Add a circle of gingerbread.

Step 7

Finish by adding the cream. Jihanne is a pro!

Step 8

Decorate the verrines with a ribbon.
