  • For 1 meal:
  • 150 g of pumpkin
  • 4 cooked whole chestnuts
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 pinch of powdered cumin
  • 5 cl of milk 2nd age.


Cut the pumpkin flesh into cubes. Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the diced pumpkin with cumin for 3 min Add the chestnuts and milk, then cook for 20 minutes over low heat, adding a little water during cooking if need. Mix everything very finely and serve.
