For 4 people :
- 4 apples
- 1 lemon
- 25 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 10 cl of cream
- 2 slices of gingerbread
Peel the apples. Evid your heart to the apple dump. Prune the apples roughly in quarters.
In a saucepan, put the butter. Add the sugar and let caramelize.
Add the apples and pour water at the fruit level. Cook for ten minutes.
Add the cream and mix. Serve warm and decorate with some dice of gingerbread.
