For 4 people :
- 1 melon
- 1 lemon
- 2 lawyers
- 1 tablespoon mango chutney
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 sprigs of tarragon
Peel, seed and slice the melon. Peel the avocados, peal them, slice them and lemon them. Rinse and remove the tarragon and chop it finely.
In a salad bowl, mix the chutney with a drizzle of lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Add sliced melon and avocado as well as tarragon. Mix and serve.
