Ingredients 1 small ladle of ready-made pancake batter1 thin slice of cooked ham, uncooked and defatted1 tbsp. shaved half-salt cheese (or cottage cheese) 1 tbsp. coffee oil Preparation Bake a pancake in a lightly oiled frying pan and let it warm. Spread it with a thin layer of cheese and put on the slice of ham. Roll it on itself to get a pudding. Wrap it in a food film. Place it 2 hours in the fridge then cut it into slices. Present these roulades on a bed of salad.
